Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in business operations, process management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with different teams to support daily operations, improve workflows, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth execution of business activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and using technology to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
- Support project coordination by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
- Prepare professional business emails, meeting notes, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Assist in developing and improving operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Update and maintain data using spreadsheets and business management tools.
- Generate reports and analyze operational data to support business decisions.
- Assist in maintaining CRM systems, project management tools, and internal dashboards.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key action items.
- Support business planning, client coordination, and internal communication.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
- Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Good understanding of business operations and administrative processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and business data.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of project management or CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle business information responsibly.
