Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our civil construction team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems at construction sites while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Install electrical wiring, conduits, cable trays, switches, sockets, panels, and lighting systems.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical diagrams.
- Perform wiring for residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Test electrical systems and troubleshoot faults or malfunctions.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and electrical codes.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working condition.
- Assist in earthing, DB installation, cable pulling, and panel connections.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Follow site safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Trade or equivalent qualification.
- Valid electrician license/certification preferred.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in construction or civil projects.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and construction practices.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and plans.
