Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management: Develop, write, and produce high-quality, platform-specific content (text, images, videos) and manage content calendars.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries to foster a strong online community.
- Strategy & Planning: Contribute to social media strategies, identify trends, and plan campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor social media analytics, track KPIs, and report on campaign success to optimize future efforts.
- Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, videographers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media best practices.
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of SEO and how content performs online.
- Often requires a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
