We work on government infrastructure projects, urban development projects, residential and commercial buildings, and infrastructure consultancy projects across Kerala and other states.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our engineering consultancy team in Kozhikode. The candidate will be responsible for electrical system design, technical documentation, project coordination, and execution support for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, power distribution, lighting design, and MEP coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare electrical design drawings including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and SLD
- Perform load calculations and demand analysis
- Design LT/HT power distribution systems for buildings
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and MEP teams
- Prepare BOQ and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, IEC standards and local regulations
- Review vendor/shop drawings and submittals
- Support site execution team and resolve design issues
- Use AutoCAD, Dialux/Relux, ETAP or similar tools
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and MEP coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software
- Knowledge of load calculations and distribution systems
- Understanding of lighting design and energy efficiency
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines
Preferred Skill
- Experience in consultancy or construction design firm
- Knowledge of LEED/GRIHA green building standards
- Experience in ETAP, Dialux, Revit MEP
- Familiarity with HT panel and transformer sizing
