Job Summary
House Construct is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to develop high-quality architectural visualizations for residential construction projects. The candidate will create realistic 3D models, renders, walkthroughs, and presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, and walkthrough animations for residential projects.
- Develop interior and exterior visualizations based on architectural drawings and design concepts.
- Produce presentation-ready images, videos, and marketing visuals.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Apply realistic materials, lighting, textures, landscaping, and detailing.
- Revise visualizations based on client and management feedback.
- Maintain project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Revit.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural visualization, rendering techniques, lighting, and composition.
- Ability to create realistic interior and exterior views.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/B.E/B.Arch or related design qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural visualization, construction, or design firms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential projects, renderings, and walkthroughs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
