Design & Campaign Creatives
- Design print and digital materials including posters, pamphlets, banners, standees, and campaign creatives for IEC/BCC awareness drives
- Develop visuals aligned with key themes such as source segregation, plastic waste management, RRR principles, and Garbage Free City (GFC) goals
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all campaign outputs
- Manage day-to-day creative requests and maintain organized design asset libraries
Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Plan, create, and publish platform-specific content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube tailored to each audience and format
- Produce a diverse mix of posts, carousels, reels, short-form awareness videos, stories, and live session support for campaign activations
- Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaign timelines, thematic days (World Environment Day, Swachhta Pakhwada, etc.), and on-ground activities
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics — reach, impressions, engagement rate, saves, shares — and continuously optimize content strategy based on data
- Run targeted awareness campaigns with clear objectives: behavior change, community participation, or event mobilization
- Design and execute platform-specific campaign formats — Instagram challenges, Facebook community posts, YouTube awareness series — to maximize visibility and action
- Develop and manage hashtag strategies to increase discoverability and campaign cohesion across platforms
Youth Interventions & Community Engagement
- Develop dedicated content strategies to engage youth audiences — students, college communities, and young volunteers — through relatable, shareable, and action-driven formats
- Create youth-focused reels, challenges, awareness series, and interactive content (polls, quizzes, Q&As) that encourage participation rather than passive consumption
- Collaborate with field teams to document and amplify youth-led activities such as cleanliness drives, plastic collection events, and student awareness programs
- Design campaign rollouts targeting schools, colleges, and youth organizations — with platform-native content formats suited to each group
- Build a network of student ambassadors and youth volunteers through social media outreach and engagement campaigns
- Highlight youth participation and impact stories to inspire peer-to-peer action and community momentum
- Support on-ground youth interventions with pre-event buzz, live coverage, and post-event storytelling across all platforms
LinkedIn Growth & Brand Building
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn profile and page with a consistent content strategy
- Create thought leadership posts, campaign highlights, project showcases, and impact stories that build organizational credibility
- Engage with relevant communities, professionals, and government/NGO networks to increase follower base and profile visibility
- Optimize the company page for searchability — banner, about section, featured content, and hashtag strategy
- Track LinkedIn analytics and iterate on content formats (articles, polls, carousels, milestone posts) for maximum reach
- Coordinate with leadership to spotlight team achievements, project milestones, and on-ground impact
Field-Integrated Content
- Coordinate with field teams to capture and understand ground-level activities
- Convert raw photos, videos, and field inputs into polished, shareable content
- Ensure all communication is authentic, contextually relevant, and audience-appropriate — tailored for citizens, students, women's groups, BWGs, donors, and institutional stakeholders
- Bring fresh ideas, formats, and creative approaches suited to different campaign goals and audiences
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
