Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end order process from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, production, inventory, quality control, and logistics teams.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely execution and dispatch.
- Track production schedules and resolve order-related issues.
- Verify order accuracy, product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate order records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Handle customer queries and provide order status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Lead and supervise the order department team to achieve operational targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have prior experience only in the jewellery industry.
