· Increase the market share and prescriber base for the brand
· Developing and executing marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
· Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
· Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, and research and development appropriations.
· Coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
· Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product
· Distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
· Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.
· Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
· Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers to market products and services.
· Analyze market research studies and analyze their findings.
· Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
· Drive sales through continuous follow ups and execution of marketing strategy
· To participate and organize for the Conference, Workshop, MICA and in the Dr’s Training wherever is required.
Preferred Candidate:
Bpharma + MBA in Marketing Graduate
Someone who is ready to work as a Trainee for the 1st six months
Freshers with experience in Pharma marketing preferred.
Pay: ₹295,918.26 - ₹350,000.00 per year
