About the Role
We are looking for an experienced VisionPLUS Tester with strong expertise in the Cards & Payments domain and hands-on experience in test automation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in validating card application systems, supporting migration initiatives, and ensuring high-quality delivery through both manual and automated testing.
What You'll Bring
- 6–12 years of software testing experience with strong VisionPLUS expertise.
- Hands-on experience with VisionPLUS modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, ITS, VMx, CDM, and ASM.
- Strong understanding of the Cards & Payments domain and credit card lifecycle.
- Experience in functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT testing.
- Strong automation testing experience using tools such as Selenium, UFT, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with API testing, SQL/database validation, and defect management tools like JIRA or ALM.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with VisionPLUS migration or upgrade projects.
- Exposure to AI-driven test automation tools.
- ISTQB Certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain functional, integration, and regression test cases.
- Develop and enhance automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Validate end-to-end credit card processing workflows and business scenarios.
- Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production readiness activities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
