About the Role
Apsaral is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager to lead software development projects and drive team performance. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing developers, planning and tracking targets, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software development projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers and QA engineers.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Plan, assign, and monitor targets for development teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
- Ensure effective utilization of Jira for project tracking and task management.
- Mentor and guide developers to improve productivity and technical excellence.
- Encourage and facilitate developers to upskill and adopt new technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Promote continuous learning and ensure the team stays updated with emerging technologies.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Project Management or Software Project Coordination.
- Hands-on experience with Jira is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with remote teams.
- Experience in planning, monitoring, and achieving project targets.
Language Requirements
Fluent in English – Mandatory
Fluent in Tamil – Mandatory
Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US-based clients.
- Exposure to SaaS, AI, Healthcare, or Web Application projects.
- Agile or Scrum certifications are a plus.
