SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance / growth / governance /risk
- Manage admissions-related risks and ensure ongoing improvement in compliance, quality assurance and operational processes.
- Ensure applications are assessed accurately and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor admissions workflows and allocate workloads effectively across the team.
- Review complex or exceptional admission cases and provide recommendations
- Ensure all admissions decisions are compliant with institutional policies and admission requirements.
- Support the achievement of enrolment targets while maintaining admission quality and compliance standards
- Identify process efficiencies and system enhancements to improve application turnaround times and applicant experience.
- Maintain accurate admissions data, reporting and documentation to support operational planning and decision-making
quality, operational / excellence & business improvement
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process from application receipt through to offer issuance and enrolment.

- Lead, coach and develop Admissions Officers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
- Monitor individual and team productivity against agreed KPIs.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of admissions staff.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused and collaborative team culture.

- Ensure a high level of service is provided to applicants, agents and internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the applicant experience.
- Ensure communications are professional, accurate and timely.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,110,000.00 per year
