Job Summary:
InstaFinancials is seeking a proactive and customer-centric Customer Success Executive to assist our clients with platform queries, feature navigation, and resolution of service-related concerns. This role requires strong communication skills in English and Hindi, a helpful attitude, and a foundational understanding of financial and compliance data. You will be the first point of contact for users, ensuring a seamless support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication & Support
- Provide professional and efficient support via email, chat, and phone.
- Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up for resolution.
Coordination & Follow-up
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Provide feedback on recurring problems to improve support processes.
- Maintain service quality and follow up on pending or unresolved cases.
Customer Education & Documentation
- Educate clients on report interpretation, company data access, and platform features.
- Assist in preparing support content such as FAQs and how-to documents.
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluency in English and Hindi (both verbal and written) – mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of company financials, compliance terms, and reports
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Experience using CRM/helpdesk tools is an advantage
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of customer satisfaction
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Any Degree
- Experience: 0–2 years in customer success, service desk, or client-facing roles
Languages Required:
- English: Must (read, write, speak)
- Hindi: Must (speak, understand)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
