Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Care Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role involves managing client interactions across phone, email, and walk-ins, resolving queries, coordinating with the nursing/caregiving team, and ensuring every client and family member has a smooth, reassuring experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits regarding home nursing and healthcare services
- Provide accurate information on service packages, pricing, and caregiver/nurse availability
- Register new client requests and coordinate scheduling with the operations/nursing team
- Handle client complaints and concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly or escalating when needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and follow-ups
- Conduct follow-up calls to check on service satisfaction and address any ongoing needs
- Support the team with basic administrative tasks — documentation, billing coordination, and report preparation
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage trust, repeat service, and referrals
- Maintain a calm, empathetic, and professional manner at all times, given the sensitive nature of healthcare services
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree (preferred)
- Freshers welcome — training will be provided
- Fluency in Tamil and English; Hindi/other languages a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, email handling)
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine customer-first attitude
- Well-organized with good multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in customer service, front office, or healthcare-related roles (not mandatory)
- Familiarity with CRM or record-keeping tools
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
