Hiring: Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Commerce

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Commerce to build next-generation AI-powered commerce solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals and proven experience delivering production-grade AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intelligent AI agents for commerce and enterprise use cases.
- Build production-grade Agentic AI systems using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
- Architect and implement multi-agent workflows and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs supporting AI-driven applications.
- Integrate LLMs into business processes, customer journeys, and commerce platforms.
- Optimize model performance, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define AI-driven solutions.
- Establish best practices for deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and governance of AI systems.
Required Skills
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design expertise.
- Hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered applications to production.
- Experience building Agentic AI solutions and AI agents.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of modern AI frameworks such as:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- AutoGen
- CrewAI
- Experience integrating foundation models from:
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Google
- Open-source model ecosystems
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with monitoring, evaluation, and observability of AI systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Commerce, Retail, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation domains.
- Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Context Engineering.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
Experience Requirements
- 4–8+ years of overall software engineering experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Agentic AI and LLM-based systems.
- Proven track record of taking AI products from prototype to production.
