Role Overview
The Recruiter will source, engage, and submit suitable healthcare professional CVs (nurses, doctors, allied staff) for GCC vacancies. The role emphasizes communication, convincing ability, and consistent follow-up to ensure smooth candidate progress under the guidance of the Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases.
- Call and engage candidates to assess interest, availability, and suitability for vacancies.
- Shortlist and share suitable CVs with the Team Lead for further processing.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure timely document submission and readiness.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily and weekly sourcing, calling, and CV submission targets.
- Build rapport with candidates using effective communication and convincing skills.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and organizational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduation (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).
- Fresher to 2 years of work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Convincing power and negotiation skills to engage candidates effectively.
- Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple candidate pipelines.
