Role Overview
The organization is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Transfer Pricing Associate with around 2 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, corporate and international taxation, cross-border transactions. The role involves working closely with senior management on complex tax matters and providing high-quality advisory and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in transfer pricing advisory and litigation assignments for multinational clients

Analyze cross-border transactions and assess their transfer pricing implications

Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local File, Master File, and bench-marking studies

Support in corporate international tax advisory, including tax structuring and planning

Conduct functional, asset, and risk (FAR) analysis and economic analysis for inter company transactions

Assist in handling transfer pricing audits, assessments, and dispute resolution

Work on tax research covering Indian and international transfer pricing regulations

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver timely and high-quality outputs
Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Law Graduate (LLB)

Around 2 years of experience in transfer pricing and international tax
-
Exposure to Big 4 / consulting / law firms will be an advantage

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of Indian transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines

Knowledge of corporate international tax principles and cross-border taxation

Proficiency in financial analysis and bench-marking tools (e.g., Capitaline, Prowess, etc.)
