About the Role
Great Champ Technology is launching a new learning and skill-development vertical focused on communication skills, public speaking, creative thinking, and future-ready capabilities for learners.
We are looking for an experienced Academic Manager / Trainer Success Lead to help build and scale our academic delivery function.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-quality instructors and trainers.
- Develop trainer performance and quality frameworks.
- Monitor learner outcomes, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Drive trainer productivity and utilization.
- Build academic processes and SOPs for scale.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across delivery and learning experience.
Ideal Candidate
- 1+ years of experience in EdTech, online learning, communication skills, language learning, K12, or tutoring businesses.
- Experience managing trainers, teachers, or academic teams.
- Strong understanding of learner engagement and retention.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
