Responsibilities:
a. Identify potential clients (international), research their needs, and highlight service offerings, and generate interest.
b. Connect with decision-makers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn etc. Help them understand how we can solve their business challenges. Ability to negotiate and convince for a meeting over phone, Fix meetings, and open doors.
c. Track leads, nurture relationships and ensures a smooth transition to the sales team.
d. Support Lead Generation, contact discovery, Account profiling, contact verification, Email appends, CRM appends, Information cleansing & maintenance.
e. Maintain accurate customer database of industry contacts for mailings, reporting, and marketing programs.
f. Track market trends, competitor’s insights and industry shifts.
g. Create Client Database, conduct research on prospective clients to generate leads.
h. Exposure With International prospects is preferred.
i. Experience/ Knowledge in Research or Consumer Insights will be an added advantage.

c. Strong communication & persuasion skills—confidence is key
d. Tech-savy – comfortable with CRM tools, Linkedin, email outreach
e. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
f. Expertise, or great comfort with numbers.
g. Foreign Language Proficiency will be an added advantage.
