ARB Ventures is hiring an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee management, HR administration, and organizational coordination. We are looking for a responsible and proactive candidate who can independently manage HR activities and support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and manpower planning
- Employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Attendance and payroll coordination
- HR documentation and compliance
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Coordination with management and department heads
- Performance tracking and reporting
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Immediate joiners preferred
