Job Description
We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer (L2) to provide end-user technical support for desktops, laptops, hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Resolve escalated IT support tickets within SLA.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, hardware, and software.
- Provide basic network support (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
- Maintain IT asset inventory and update ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty/AMC support.
- Work with internal IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of Desktop Support/EUS experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with IT ticketing tools and asset management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
