About Hudle: We are a sports-tech startup on a mission to enable 100 million Indians to play active sports as a way of life through a combination of cutting-edge technology and on-ground expertise. Hudle gives 5L+ people access to their favourite sport across 1500+ facilities, throughout the country.
About CoPlay: CoPlay (powered by Hudle) is a community first brand that operates 40+ premium sports facilities across the country. We want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand and aim to build and operate 250+ sports clubs across the country over the next few years.
About the Role: This is a core operations and execution role in the CoPlay team, which will help us operate 15-20 sports facilities. The Associate Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating repair and maintenance activities across 15-20 sports facilities, executing operations for Coplay Venuesin the Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptlyto repair and maintenance requestsfor sports venues.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and proactively initiate maintenance activities.
- Track, update, and report maintenance logs, issue resolution timelines, and cost estimates.
- Maintain an organised systemfor prioritising and completing open maintenance requests based on urgency and impact on business.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet safety and quality standardswhile minimising operational disruptions.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and tools,coordinate procurement as needed.
- Communicate with venue managersto understand and fulfil specificmaintenance and repair needs.
- Maintenance coordination and the abilityto manage vendorrelationships to meet business requirements efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 0.6 - 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination, operations, or facility management.
- Strong understanding of repair workflows, vendor coordination, and service-level expectations.
- Willingness to travel to different venues as required.
