Job Summary:
We are seeking a Workday Workforce Management Functional Analyst to support production operations, business analysis, enhancement management, and release coordination across Workday Workforce Management modules. In this role, you will partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to resolve issues, manage enhancements, and support Workday releases. You will also contribute to the adoption of emerging Workday AI capabilities, including workforce insights and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for Workday modules including Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Scheduling by resolving user issues and system defects
- Gather and document business requirements and enhancement requests; support configuration updates and process improvements
- Coordinate release management activities, including regression testing, UAT support, and validation of system changes before deployment
- Maintain functional documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to ensure smooth system operations
- Support adoption and exploration of Workday AI features, including workforce insights, automation, and analytics
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Scheduling modules
- Strong understanding of workforce time management processes (time entry, shift scheduling, absence plans, approvals)
- Experience with production support, enhancement requests, and release coordination
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday Workforce Management modules
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Workday AI capabilities (workforce insights, automation, analytics)
- Workday Time Tracking or Absence Management certification
