Service Delivery Executive (Business Development)
Location: Parel, Mumbai
Work from office: Monday - Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers through the financing application process with clarity and efficiency.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure a seamless service experience.

Achieve assigned monthly targets by driving conversions.

Maintain a minimum application-to-disbursal conversion rate as defined by the team.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or fintech preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with a customer-first attitude.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
