Marketing Engineer will focus on Mechanical Seals market development, relationship building, and information intelligence, ensuring project entry and long-term spare business growth. This role is primarily commercial focused, building client relationship with market intelligence driven:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, including maintenance, reliability, purchase, plant, and corporate decision-makers, to drive mechanical seal spare sales and long-term engagement.
- Ensure repeat procurement and promote stocking of critical mechanical seal spares at customer sites.
- Track greenfield and brownfield projects and engage with consultants, OEMs, EPCs, and end users to secure specification approvals.
- Convert project-based supplies into sustained spare and aftermarket business opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities, pricing, installed base data, technical drawings, and identifying tag-conversion opportunities at key accounts.
- Systematically collect, update, and manage comprehensive KYC information for end users, OEMs, and consultants.
- Cover multiple industry segments (e.g., Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, Pharma, Mining, Food & Beverages, Wastewater, Sugar/Ethanol) with a deep understanding of industry-specific OEMs, consultants, and approved vendor ecosystems.
- Map customer organizations by identifying maintenance, purchase structures, and key decision-makers impacting mechanical seal selection and approvals.
- Build technical and commercial intelligence on installed base, approved OEMs, supplier mix, seal consumption, and expansion plans to support strategic selling.
