Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Officer to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, client acquisition, and business development. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct meetings and product presentations.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits and referrals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and update customer information.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order execution and customer support.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
