Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Whitefield, ITPL, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to source quality candidates across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle salary negotiations and offer closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment experience preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.
