- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align software development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of version control systems and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions using DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.
- Competence in monitoring and optimizing application performance in cloud platforms.
