- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash/POS systems)
- Provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Restock supplies (beans, milk, syrups, cups, etc.)
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders
- Upsell menu items and promote specials when appropriate
