Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cook to prepare nutritious meals for patients and staff at the de-addiction centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to the approved menu and schedule.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Manage food stocks, maintain cooking utensils and equipment, and keep the kitchen and dining areas clean.
Qualifications
- Relevant cooking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food-handling practices.
- Ability to prepare nutritious meals and manage kitchen activities efficiently.
