- Prepare authentic Chinese dishes as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain food cost and minimize wastage.
- Monitor stock levels and place requisitions on time.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections during busy operations.
- Follow SOPs and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining consistency in every dish.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chinese Chef in a hotel or reputed restaurant.
- Good knowledge of Chinese sauces, gravies, wok cooking, and food presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume operations.
- West Bengal, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh & North-East candidates with hotel industry experience.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
