Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Interior Fit-out Supervisor to oversee residential interior projects from site execution to final handover. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, excellent site management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at residential project sites.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Coordinate carpentry, modular furniture installation, false ceiling, painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Allocate work to contractors, installers, and site workers while monitoring productivity.
- Conduct site measurements and verify site readiness before installation.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the planned timeline.
- Perform regular quality inspections and rectify site issues promptly.
- Coordinate with clients, interior designers, project managers, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily site reports, material consumption records, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct snagging, de-snagging, and final inspections before project handover.
- Support smooth project handover and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1–6 years of experience in residential interior fit-out/site supervision.
- Experience in modular furniture installation and turnkey interior projects is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential interior execution and finishing works.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and working drawings.
- Good understanding of BOQ, site measurements, and material planning.
- Team handling and subcontractor management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel between project sites within Chennai.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
