Job Description:
We’re hiring a Customer Support Executive for our night shift team. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in customer service (voice/chat/email), strong communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. Cab facility is available for safe night-time commute.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chats
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Log interactions in the CRM system
- Meet performance and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues when needed
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of customer support experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable with night shifts
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
