As part of a digital ad management company, you will work across diverse campaigns, contributing to visually compelling designs that drive engagement and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging visual designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and advertising materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign goals and deliver creative solutions
- Apply strong design thinking principles to produce innovative and effective creatives
- Manage multiple projects across different domains and industries
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across all design assets
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools
- Strong design thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing creatives and visual trends
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with teams
- Openness to feedback and continuous learning under senior mentorship
Good to have skills:
- Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)
- Experience working on digital ad campaigns or social media creatives
