Job Title: Multilayer Blown Film Machine OperatorJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Multilayer Blown Film Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain multilayer blown film extrusion machines. The ideal candidate should have experience in producing high-quality plastic films while ensuring efficient machine performance, product quality, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate multilayer blown film extrusion machines efficiently.
- Set up machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor film quality, thickness, width, and appearance during production.
- Adjust machine parameters to maintain product quality.
- Change dies, screens, and raw materials as required.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major breakdowns.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Ensure minimum material wastage and maximum productivity.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control and Maintenance teams.
Required Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma, equivalent qualification / experience.
- 5–10 years of experience operating multilayer blown film machines.
- Knowledge of HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and other polymer materials.
- Ability to understand production drawings and quality standards.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with 3-layer, 5-layer, or 7-layer blown film extrusion machines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work under production targets.
