Day Shift :
- US Slang English is Imperative
- Showing them products of their choice and clarifying their doubts.
- Following the order from start till the goods are delivered and payment is received.
- Sending quotation, order form, invoice and following up payments
- Taking feedback from clients, request them for review online, etc.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase online revenue and market reach.
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with clients across digital channels.
- Track sales metrics and report insights to optimize performance.
- Work with marketing and product teams to ensure a consistent digital customer experience.
