Role Overview
The Site Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for the execution, supervision, and monitoring of infrastructure and road projects at the site. The role requires hands-on technical knowledge, leadership at site level, and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all site construction activities.
- Interpret engineering drawings and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor quality control (QA/QC) and safety standards at site.
- Maintain measurement books, daily progress reports, and documentation.
- Manage site workforce and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Ensure timely execution of work as per project deadlines.
- Support project managers in resource planning and site logistics.
Requirements
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Experience: 2–5 years in site execution (road construction / highway / infrastructure projects preferred).
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, QA/QC, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate and travel as per project requirement.
