Responsibility
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and developers.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences for adapting strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review. Qualification
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
