Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Office Administration & Facility Management
- Manage Administrative Staff and Daily Operations
- Maintain Records, Documentation & Compliance
- Coordinate Vendor Management and Procurement Activities
- Supervise Office Assets and Infrastructure
- Handle Correspondence, Communication & Meeting Coordination
- Ensure Efficient Administrative Processes Across Departments
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or Relevant Field
- 3–5+ Years of Experience in Administration Management
- Proficiency in MS Office and Administrative Systems
- Strong Leadership, Communication & Organizational Skills
- Excellent Time Management and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Ability to Work Independently and Lead a Team
