Job Description: Manager – Business Process Excellence & AutomationPurpose of the Role
To improve the way the organization operates by studying existing business processes, redesigning them for simplicity and scalability, and enabling automation through technology.
Key Responsibilities
● Map and document end-to-end business processes across functions.
● Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks and control gaps.
● Redesign processes to improve efficiency, customer experience and governance.
● Prepare business requirements for automation initiatives.
● Work with business teams and IT to implement automated workflows.
● Establish process documentation, SOPs and ownership.
● Track process performance and drive continuous improvement.
● Ensure new processes are adopted consistently across the organization.
Preferred Profile
● 5–10 years of experience in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Business Transformation.
● Experience in process mapping and redesign.
● Exposure to ERP/workflow automation projects.
● Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
● Strong analytical, structured thinking and stakeholder management skills.
Success Measures
● Reduction in process cycle time.
● Reduction in manual effort and rework.
● Number of business processes redesigned and automated.
● Improvement in process compliance and internal controls.
● Measurable productivity and cost improvements.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
