Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails or meetings
- Explain products/services and build client relationships
- Follow up on leads and maintain records
- Achieve sales and business development targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualification:
- 12th pass / Graduate
- Experience in sales or business development (preferred but not mandatory)
Salary:
- Fixed salary + incentives
