Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain daily attendance records of all factory employees.
- Download and verify biometric attendance data on a daily basis.
- Update manual attendance, gate passes, overtime (OT), and shift details in the attendance system.
- Coordinate with department supervisors to resolve attendance discrepancies, missed punches, and leave records.
- Maintain records of employee leaves, absenteeism, late coming, and overtime.
- Prepare and submit monthly attendance reports for payroll processing within the stipulated timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to working hours and attendance.
- Maintain employee shift rosters and update changes as required.
- Generate MIS reports related to attendance, overtime, and manpower.
- Support HR activities such as joining formalities, employee documentation, and statutory compliance when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee data
- Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of attendance and leave management systems.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and MS Office.
- Experience with biometric attendance systems and HRMS software.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential information.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
