About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller who can handle client communication, generate leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
- Explain company services and address customer queries.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
- Assist in basic digital marketing activities such as social media promotion, lead management, and campaign support.
- Share regular updates on lead status and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate (any discipline).
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (Social Media, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Lead Generation, etc.).
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Location : NX One, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
