Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Creation
- Develop engaging digital content, including educational videos, articles, blogs, and social media content that resonates with students and learners.
- Produce content that reflects academic accuracy, brand guidelines, and audience interests across multiple digital platforms.
2. Script Development & Production Support
- Create scripts for educational content, marketing campaigns, promotional videos, and short-form social media content.
- Coordinate and supervise video production activities to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with academic experts, marketing professionals, designers, and video production teams to execute content initiatives.
- Support collaboration across departments to ensure content meets business objectives and learning outcomes.
- Guide and assist junior team members or external contributors whenever required.
4. Creative Strategy & Content Innovation
- Generate fresh concepts and content ideas that improve learner engagement and strengthen digital presence.
- Keep up with emerging trends in education, digital media, and social platforms to introduce innovative content formats.
5. Content Review & Performance Improvement
- Proofread, review, and refine content to maintain accuracy, readability, and brand consistency.
- Monitor content performance using available insights and recommend improvements based on audience engagement and feedback.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital content creation, content writing, video content, or social media content development.
- Strong ability to develop compelling scripts and communicate ideas through engaging storytelling.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing content-related projects.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and an understanding of current digital content trends.
