Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

Monitoring cloud environments to ensure uptime and performance

Responding to alerts and incidents to address system issues

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, collaborating with development and IT teams to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.

Executing routine maintenance and patch updates

Implement security recommendations and maintain the security score
-
Conducting performance analysis and optimizing resource utilization
-
Identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement the cost recommendations
-
Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data and application availability
-
Documenting operational procedures and incident reports
-
Creating and maintaining technical documents for cloud infrastructure and related processes
-
Participate in daily/weekly meetings, work closely with the product team to deliver cloud infrastructure requirements
Mandatory/Required Skills:
-
Proficiency or expertise in one of the public cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
-
Experience developing reusable Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks
-
Understanding /Hands-on in Containerization topics
-
Knowledge of network architecture Hub-Spoke, Private Endpoints, Firewalls

Designing and implementation on multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions

Understands migration approaches

AI Skills will be added advantage

Experience in customer support & ITSM process
