We have successfully won over 1,00,000 users at home and abroad. We are one of the market leaders engaged in the Modular Compressed Air Piping System. For our India operation presently, we are looking for a Customer Support Executive for Delhi HO.
Profile: - Customer Support Executive
Profile requirement: -
- Daily Insurance Filled Up.
- Despatching details to be maintained.
- Handling customer grievances, customer complaints.
- Generating test certificates.
- Handling Stock-related queries.
- Return Material Inspection.
- Stock maintenance, quarterly Stock-take.
- Shipment offload inspection from existing customer feedback (By visit or by telephone)
- Despatches to be done if warehouse person isn’t available.
- Generate and maintain of challans and docket.
- Making of quotation and perfoma invoices.
- Maintain & update monthly MIS data from HO.
- Maintain monthly stock summary. (Company Format)
- Maintain stock order summary for HO. (Company Format)
- Maintain order entry in Tally.
- Partial invoicing in absence of the concerned person.
- Coordination between customers and sales person as per queries.
Qualification requirement: -
- Graduate from any stream.
Experience: -
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in supply chain & Logistics.
Mandate requirements: -
· Tally/ SAP/ ERP/ Excel/ MS Word/ PPT
Salary: -
· Upto 20-25 K Inhand
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
