Instrumentation & Control Design Engineer to be employed within the Energy Projects Design Centre.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Carrying out I & C design works as per the contract requirements and procedures.
· Preparing of design deliverables including the design basis, logic diamond, DCS HMI graphics, I/ list, control narratives, C&E matrix, control panel layouts, loop diagrams, instrumentation data sheet, cable & drum schedules & P&ID's.
· Specifying the equipment's, instruments and preparing the material requisitions and technical specifications.
· Exchanging the information with the other engineering disciplines and Co-coordinating the works together.
· Reviewing and approving the vendor produced documents.
· Evaluating whether catalog data and technical drawings of instruments, equipment's and control cables are in line with project requirements as well as process needs.
· Preparing of design deliverables of control systems: DCS, ESD, PLC, F&GDS. Performing FATs as required.
· Design & Engineering of control & instrumentation system of a continue process plant involving various types of instruments like pressure / flow/ Temp/ Level and analyst like conductivity / PH/solid sodium for various type of water / sewage treatment Plants.
· Knowledge of preparation of field instruments installation drawing and their BOQ.
· Knowledge of instrument layout drawings.
· Exposure to PLC /DES/Scada details engineering and Participation in factory acceptance toot (FAT) will be having an additional advantage.
· Exposure to field activity for instrumentation work will also have additional advantages.
· Studying P &IDs, preparing instruments schedule, instrument data sheets.
· The Candidate will have additional advantages if the candidate is aware pf preparing of software inputs documents for furnishing to PLC/ vendor for software.
PLC engineering in Preparation of I/o list from P&Id & control philosophy, preparation of control scheme as per clients' requirements Roles and Responsibilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: BE / B. Tech in Instrumentation, Electronic & Telecommunication.
Experience: Having 5-7 years' Experience preferably in continuous process Industries. Chemical Process plants like water/sewage treatment, refinery, Petro chemical, power, fertilizer, and allied plants.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
