Job Summary
We are seeking a UG NX Design Engineer with up to 1 year of experience to support 3D part design and development. The role focuses on creating accurate, manufacturable models using Siemens NX, following engineering standards and design best practices.
Key Responsibilities (Part Modeling)
- Create 3D part models using Siemens NX (UG NX)
- Interpret 2D drawings and convert them into 3D models
- Apply parametric modeling techniques for easy modifications
- Ensure proper feature tree structure and model history
- Perform design changes and updates as per requirements
- Maintain accuracy, tolerances, and design intent
- Prepare basic 2D drawings from 3D models
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Siemens NX – Part Modeling
- Understanding of engineering drawings and dimensions
- Knowledge of GD&T basics
- Familiarity with mechanical components and design principles
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of assembly modeling
- Internship/project experience in 3D part design
- Familiarity with manufacturing constraints (machining, casting, etc.)
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 0–1 Year (Freshers with strong NX part modeling skills are welcome)
