IT Manager – Cinema Complex
Job Summary
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all technology operations within the cinema complex, ensuring smooth functioning of ticketing systems, servers, networks, digital projection systems, POS systems, CCTV, and customer-facing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire IT infrastructure of the cinema complex
- Maintain ticket booking systems and online integrations
- Supervise network, Wi-Fi, servers, and cybersecurity
- Coordinate maintenance of digital projection and audio systems
- Ensure uptime of POS machines and payment gateways
- Handle vendor coordination and AMC management
- Lead and supervise IT support staff
- Prepare IT budgets and upgrade plans
- Monitor CCTV and security systems
Required Skills
- Knowledge of networking, servers, and cybersecurity
- Experience with cinema management systems preferred
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of hardware and software maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of IT management experience
Pay: ₹17,059.19 - ₹30,000.74 per month
