Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations in an educational institution. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, onboarding, documentation, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth HR functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection process for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll inputs and coordination with accounts department.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and institutional guidelines.
- Draft HR letters, circulars, office orders, and other HR communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Liaison with departments for manpower planning and HR support.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced educational environment.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or relevant field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in educational institutions.
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations will be preferred.
