HIRING | CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
Location: Koyambedu, Chennai
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹24,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years (Experience in any industry is acceptable.)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Answer passenger queries related to boarding points, bus timings, routes, ticket bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Assist customers with travel updates and boarding information.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Ensure excellent customer service and passenger satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Languages Required
- Tamil – Mandatory
- English – Mandatory
- Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada / Hindi – Any one or more preferred
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Voice Process, Call Center, or similar roles.
